Requirements of marginalised groups

Some groups of people have a higher risk of experiencing discrimination and tend to have less access to power. They frequently get left out of consultations and often their voices remain unheard. As a result, their concerns are disregarded and these groups are the furthest behind. Responding to their needs is crucial to enable their participation and hear their voices.
