Inclusion

In the narrower sense, inclusion means the realisation of the rights of persons with disabilities in all areas of society at the same level as others. In a broader sense, the term also encompasses the human rights of other disadvantaged groups of the population. (Inclusive) participation is an important factor in achieving inclusion.
